At Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We work hard to ensure that your luxury extensions arrive safely and on time. Please read our full shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
• All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
• During sales, holidays, or restocks, processing may take longer due to high order volume.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with carrier details.
2. Shipping Options
• We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
• International shipping options and delivery times vary by destination.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier selection.
3. Order Tracking
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
4. Address Accuracy
• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
• Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted to arrange reshipment and a new shipping fee will apply.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Once your package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
• If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
• We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout for added shipping security.
6. Signature Requirements
• Orders over $600 may require a signature upon delivery for your protection.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup.
7. International Orders
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance or international transit issues.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, your order will move into processing and cannot be changed.
