Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA Refund Policy

At Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA, we are committed to providing high-quality raw hair extensions and an exceptional customer experience.

Each order is prepared with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Because our products are considered intimate and custom, all sales are final under the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final due to the high demand and custom nature of our products.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Exceptions are made only if a product is verified and confirmed defective by Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA (see Section 5).

2. Fraud and High-Risk Orders

If your order is flagged by our payment processor as fraudulent or high-risk, it will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Orders may be flagged for:

Past disputes or chargebacks

Mismatched billing and shipping addresses

Suspicious or irregular payment activity

Fraud alerts cannot be overridden for security reasons.


3. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified.

No changes to texture, length, quantity, or address can be made.

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

 

4. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy protects product hygiene and ensures every customer receives brand new, untouched hair.

Before ordering:

Review all product details and photos

Use our length chart for reference

Contact our support team if you need help choosing your texture or length

 

5. Product Quality and Defective Items

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all Raw Hair Bae extensions.

If you believe your item is defective:

1. Contact support@shoprawhairbae.com within 7 days of receiving your package

2. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

3. Ensure the hair has not been installed, cut, colored, or altered

Hair that has been bleached, colored, cut, or damaged from improper care does not qualify for review.

If a defect is verified, we may offer an exchange, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Damaged packaging: File a claim directly with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible once the carrier marks a package as delivered.

Returned packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, a reshipping fee will apply. No refunds will be issued.

Always confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

 

7. Appointments and Installation Costs


Raw Hair Bae by Natural Bae LA is not responsible for:

Hair appointment cancellation fees due to shipping delays

Installation, takedown, or reinstallation costs

Issues caused by altering or chemically treating the hair

We recommend waiting to schedule your hair appointment until after your order has been received and inspected.


8. Company Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service or future purchases from customers who:

Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity

File excessive or unverified claims

Have a history of chargebacks or payment disputes
