Our Founder 

Natural Bae LA was created in 2020 by Nya Burch, a retired hairstylist and Redken Certified Colorist with over a decade of experience in the beauty and hair extension industry. What began as a passion project during the pandemic, offering women premium, easy-to-install ponytails has quickly evolved into a luxury brand trusted by women across the globe.

As a Black-owned business based in Los Angeles, our mission has always been rooted in empowerment, quality, and authenticity. The vision was to make every woman feel confident and beautiful, whether she’s installing extensions at home or sitting in a salon chair.
